Old Compressor Rebuild
Old Compressor Rebuild
Finally finished my compressor project. It's quiet but very slow. Looks awesome!! The volume is big enough to handle my air tools. Date stamp on the tank is 1956. The picture of the little girl is my daughter when the compressor was in the old 47' Dodge truck protected in my late Uncle Charles's garage. She is 21 years old now. Yes, it takes me a while to finish things but just look at it now. And the picture of me is with the same 47' that is this years project. The engine is in the garage right now apart. I'll keep you all posted on that.
If I get more air tools and this can't keep up I should have no problem selling it to someone with a nice Man-Cave.- 64D100Poly

Re: Old Compressor Rebuild
That thing is awesome! I found a weird Generac battery charger in the back of a parts 63 D100, it has a 2.5hp Tecumseh engine with a Mopar roundback alternator bolted right to the side of it, ill post some pics of it when I get home
A grinder & paint make me the welder I ain't
