Ben, the system at lulu mentions "+tax" several times, but I found no way to add it, nor did they add it, so it didn't get charged

oh well! maybe you're in a state that does not need to charge for it.

Ben, LULU took out the tax automatically for me here in Gainesville Florida so it must be set up to do so automatically if tax is due.
