Newer Dodge Ram Question

I see that there are several of you that own a newer Dodge Ram as I do.
My 1997 Dodge Ram Club Cab has a back brake line that needs replaced.
Since I will be keeping this vehicle long term, I am considering replacing
both of the rear brake lines at the same time,
Have any of you replaced the back brake lines on your newer Dodge Rams,
and if so how easy/hard was it to do that job?
Also were those lines available at Chrysler only or are they available anywhere?
Since I am retired now I have to stretch my income as much as I can!
