bought 3.23s!

I ordered 3.23 third member for my truck yesterday and it should come in later this week. I'm pretty excited about getting better mileage and being able to cruise at 70 confortably. Has anyone here changed out the thrid member before? I'm not worried about it, but if anyone has any helpful hints, I'm all ears.
