Hey Boons,

I'm in Surrey B.C. I've seen 4-5 sweptlines around the lower mainland but I do not know if they are members of this site or not.

I have a 67 Fargo W100 I picked up outside of Edmonton Alberta.
Then I moved to Sarnia Ontario about 3 years ago and brought it with me. Last year I baught a 67 D100 in Michigan just across the river here. Orginally a texas truck. With enough time, money, and skill, I could probably restore both but I'm just gunna make one out of the best parts. Progress is slow but steady.
Great site, I lurk on here every day when I'm at work.

Whitby Ontario,1970 long box 318 auto with POWER STEERING, n other stuff. Had it 6 years, and had very little trouble. Great truck and great site.
Thanks to the people who spend the time to make the site as good as it is.
Have learned some things here, Hope I've helped others, even sold a couple of items.

I've been told that Canuck is kind of a fighting word to, some. I asked the guy who told me that about Vancouver's hockey team. No answer there.

Can you all enlighten me?

Thanks,
Joe

Boons--

Yankie (funny!) Yankee
That's a word you don't want to throw around in Texas. I've been here 20 years and consider myself naturalized by now.

Difference between a Yankee and a Damn Yankee? A damn Yankee is towing a UHaul.

Mine has factory power steering but it's wonky. The truck darts all over the place. Apparently there are no parts to fix it. It's like a ram type of power steering, almost like the ram assists that some big tire 4x4 guys use on their trucks.

My truck actually has a lot of options, even a factory tach (not working).

I was thinking of putting a Dana 44 or 60 from a later Dodge or GM truck under the front end and solving the drum (oversize)and P/S issues in my truck.
