Hopelessly lost....

I have a 1964 Dodge pickup, no idea exactly what model it is but I need a particular part for it that you can't get in a parts store. So I have no idea what to do, I've tried looking it up online but can't find a damn thing. Being a woman doesn't help because I don't know much about my truck sadly enough.
any way, if you got 5 lug wheels its a 100, 8 lug could be 200 or 300. there should be an emblem on your fender or grill that says. if its 2wd then its a D100,200, 300 if its 4wd then its a W100, 200, 300. let us know what parts you need, im sure someone here can help. and feel free to email or private message any member here if you dont want to ask in public. but trust me, we have all asked some rediculas questions. right matt???
