The hood directional indicators were standard on the Adventurer Package in 1969-71, it was not an option on any models. The only way you could get the hood indicators was to have the Adventurer Package.
The Adventurer Package and the Custom Package are different Packages and it was one or the other, they were not combined. The Delta hood emblem was also part of the 1969-71 Adventurer Package.
My W100 has the Adventurer Package and Custom plaques on the outside of the doors. I have, I think, all the 1969 brochures, and it looks to me that there were two separate Custom packages: one inside, one outside. It looked--to me--when I read through them, that you could mix and match quite a bit.

But I really don't know. I was just comparing the brochures to my truck, and no single package fits my options. If I remember correctly, the different packages also differed somewhat between D to W.

Yes, Adventurer emblems on the bed and Adventurer emblems on the inside of the doors and Custom emblems on the outside of the doors. The only "Adventurer" thing I don't have is carpet on the door lowers. Maybe a W thing. My truck seems to be pretty optioned up, at least for the comfort and appearance stuff.

They were marketed as separate packages, the way I read it, the only one that was an added package was the SE package to the Adventurer.
All the packages included inside and outside not separated. As mentioned maybe the indicators were changed from standard in the package to optional, who knows. Unless we could find a factory option order form, it's anything goes :thinking
68 seems to be the only one that is clear.

Hopefully, these are clear enough to be useful. They are from two separate 1969 model year brochures: "Light Duty Dodge Trucks," and "Dodge Farm Trucks." Anyway, It does look like the hood turn signal indicators may have been Adventurer only.

Good resource!

That is one of the two brochures I referenced. I have a third 1969 brochure that is called, "Dodge Recreational Vehicles," which deals with the camper specials, motor-homes, and their options, etc.

I've been picking up brochures and uploading them to the site as I get them. I have pretty much have all of them now, just need to scan and upload them.
I don't have the rv one though. If you wouldn't mind I would like to get a copy of it to put up on the site.

Hey Mark,
I didn't realize that was your web site. That's great.

I can scan the RV brochure, and the Farm Trucks one, also. Can I sent them to webmaster@dodgesweptline.org ?

Do you want them in the same size images as you have posted (1024x1325), PDFs, or what?

That brochure is full of great info. Looks like my truck has all of the "custom" options along with the Adventurer package, but doesn't have the custom emblems.

I scanned all the 1969 brochures I have, and posted the links to download here:

Yeah, lots of interesting stuff to read. I don't think Dodge held hard and fast to what could, or couldn't, be ordered back then.
