I have a 67 w200 with a stock 383 4speed.I also have a 67 d100 camper special parts truck that was a stock 383auto truck but it has a 71 car 383 in it now.My daily driver is a 68/69 w200 with a transplanted 383 auto.
I think the 383 trucks are starting to show up more lately. I used to never see them, but now I see them poping up here and there.
I also have a 67 w200 with a la318 4speed. It is a great truck in its own right, but its hard to beat the power of a big block.

My 67 W200 has a 383/4 speed. It came with a 2 bbl but was converted to a 4 bbl.
On another note, I've found a 66 W200 with a 440/727. Does anyone know if this was a stock option from the factory? This truck is mine if I haul it away for the ol gal

I own a '70 D200 with stock 383 4 speed, and the
the new '69 D100 Adventurer (383/727auto).
I have seen a '68 383 4 speed D200, and a '70 Camper Special D200 383/auto over the years.
Not too many out there, but as noted above, starting to show up more and more.
