can someone tell me if the window track and crank mechanisms are the same in all 61-71 truck doors and will interchange

no Bill they are not. The door glass with it's track is 61-71. The regulators are 61-67 and 68-71.

Window track should be the same, But crank mechanism is not. 61 to 67 handles held on with side set screw and prone to problems over time and 68 to 71 with screw in shaft end. Much more reliable.
