I actually found a local guy that has experience with strombergs. He quoted me $90 to replace the throttle linkage bushing and flow test it. I'm gonna give that a swing, as this shop seems pretty legit. I'll keep you guys posted though.

So, the carburetor itself wasn't particularly hard to overhaul. It kinda runs, but I found a problem that I don't see an effective way of fixing.
