I can't belive how hard it is to find info on this rear! I have to talk to the guy at A&A salvage monday about the center I bought and I am going to ask for shure what it is out of. Thanks again for all the help. I will post what I find out. Happy new year.

The crazy price is becuse of it not being a comon rear. Long story short I was told it was a sqhd rear. I had bought a brand new ring and pinion for that for $320. That is when we started to find out how many different rockwell rears there are. The same company that sold me that R&P wanted $3300 for...

I have talked to 30+ different yards/rebuilders and the h140 is a real rear. No one can tell me what it came in because rockwell rears were used in so many different things. I have found a 71 d500 grain truck. 318/4speed. It has rockwell rear but the ID tags are gone. The owner said we could tear it down for inspection if we put it all together again. It's alot of work out in a feild in 30 degree weather if its not it. I was told the h141 is the same other than carrier ...

I am looking for a rearend that I was told came out of a 58-71 dodge D500-D600. It is a rockwell rear. H140 model. 6.17 ratio.
