Tanto cover for '66 D200's 8 foot bed.

I am looking to get a Tanto cover for my '66 D200's 8 foot bed. Does anyone know what 90's vehical has a bed measurment that matches up with that? Otherwise I have to get a custom made, and they really want to work you over on price when they hear the word "Custom". Anyone run into this question bef...

I picked up a U shaped clip that is supposedly made to clip in the cylinder, but it looks a little big....and it wont work with that tacked on plate!! :thinking

My 66' D200 has a loose door lock cylinder. I took it out, and tried to get it seated properly, but never have seen what it is supposed to look like, I can't get it to work. :banghead Here is a picture of the inside of the exterior door panel. These pictures are right before I took the radio out. You can see a black retaining c clip on the far outside of the brass gear. then once that was off the grear should just slide off. didn't happen. that point is where it had been epoxy'd in place. Thats no joke! All the darn salt they use in the roads just eats them from the inside out!!! First thing I'll be doing is taking off the loose old undercoating and putting on new. Its a must!!!
