My truck is a 71 D100 Uteline with the 727 and 3.23 rear end stock. Its great on the freeway and has plenty of get up and go courtesy of a very healthy little engine

Haha yeah amongst many other things. I had to start again from scratch it was a mess. It had many other issues that I have done now and its a good truck now. Its got really good basics thats for sure and is an excellent beast now

I have a 71 D100 Uteline and I want to lower the from end PROPERLY. What is the best way and are there any kits available? Looking forward to replies. I want to still ensure I have 4 inch ground clearance as its my daily driver

I have a 68 D100 with a healthy 360 and the 435 tranny. It has a 3.91 rear end and just runs out of legs and revs too high on the highways. I am looking at changing to a 3.23 rear end. I have been told that's the go.
