Re: Lifted Steering Component Question

Jimmy is on the mark, I would take 4" in a doglegged drag link and and do a 4" block.

The alternative is crossover steering but I'm looking into a IH Scout II box as they are crossover from the factory.

Re: Lifted Steering Component Question

Could you post some pix of it as it is. I've been thinking of developing
drag links for lifted Swepts and fixing your problem may be a good place
to start.

Thanks,

Re: 318 distributor problems

Larry, It sounds to me like you are plumbed into manifold vacuum instead of ported vacuum. Ported vacuum is drawn off the venturi side of the throttle butterfly so it gets more vacuum as the throttle opens. On an other note; I forgot all about getting back to you on the instrument VR. There is good ...

I laugh every time I look at this, it does not look like it is handling just sitting still.

Check Super Lift for kits for older trucks.

Re: Flying Barn Door

I am a retired Aerospace Composite Toolmaker and could build the mold
for this hood. I would furnish the first hood at cost if this truly is Boynton's
truck. There should be a shrine and we could all pilgrimage there to be in
its greatness. T-shirt sales alone could pay for the resto.
