Re: 383 headers
I just returned a set of Hooker Headers part 5150 to Summit last week. They were supposed to fit my '67 W200 383 but hit the cross member.

Re: Detroit 5380 series end yoke
I just dropped my drive shafts off at a reputable local shop, Marietta Clutch and Joint. I laid them on the floor of the shop and 2 guys came up to take a look. One said, "Are these out of a ton and a half Dodge?" I said a 3/4 ton Dodge. At that point he began rattling off some numbers, and "5380" w...

I did get it from the passenger side of my red 1967. My blue 1967 did not have it on the passenger side.

Chrysler 5 point star
Just wondering what years that the Chrysler star logo was placed at the bottom of the fenders? This was on the bottom of a fender on my 1967 W-200. Of course, the other side did not have one....It seems to be plastic. 1967 W-200 Sweptline 318 (parts donor) 1967 W-200 Sweptline 383 (I am restoring th...

I like the idea of the Bronco fuel tank... Should I also invest in the sending unit designed for it as well? Thanks, Mike

Re: "69 W200 Power Wagon Wheels
I have 2 1967 W-200's. One has 16" rims and the other has 16.5" rims. Oddly enough... The one with the 16's has 9 rear leaf springs and the one with 16.5's has 6 rear leaf springs.

Re: New tires- Letters out or in?
Thanks for the info on your thoughts on white rims. I was thinking of white rims with the dark blue on my W200. I may go with black rims, front and rear bumper as well as painting the grill black. I am still entertaining ideas on a color scheme if black looks bad. Mike

Re: The sickness grows, 2nd truck
I got this info from Jimmie D a while back....Mine stayed down as well... I hope it helps.... The under dash clutch pedal return spring works on the over-center principle. Up to a certain designed point it gives strong and quick return on clutch pedal because of the angles. That same angularity of t...
