Re: Foam in cab corners?
I found the same black stuff in my corners. I popped it out with a flat head, it's a rock solid cake about an inch thick. I just chunked it.

World's Newest Mopar Guy!
Last night I was blessed with the birth of my first child. A son whom I named Connor.
He was born happy and healthy and a whopping 9 lbs 5 ozs and 21 inches.
I'm going to raise him right and have him working on sweptlines as soon as he can hold a wrench. Free labor!

Re: Searching...
Driving past some creepy woods full of cars so I did the resonable thing and dove in. Some good parts trucks and a window van back there. Also a bunch of other non-mopar goodies. The blue one is a camper special, the other is a flat bed. I could use the hood off the blue one, mine is badly rusted al...

Thanks for the input guys!
One more ?
The sliding rear glass. I'm assuming it's aftermarket? I've never seen anything like it on a sweptline that I can remember.
Any gurus know anything about it?

Here We Go Again...
Just found this one. I've spoken with the owner a couple of times and I'm hopefully dragging a trailer up there in a week or so. '64 Short Bed, /6 3-Speed column shift. It was purchased brand new by the gentleman's father and it came into his possession some time in the late eighties. It's been sitt...

That's too cool, Shawn. Is that a common tattoo for Mopar gurus? I had never seen one before now.

My thought exactly. lolOutlaw wrote:for some reason i was thinking there would be a tattoo picture in this thread....
Great article though, Scott!

I've thought about getting a Mopar themed tattoo. Maybe the Fratzog symbol? I think it would look pretty cool.

The grille looks awesome. What oven cleaner did you use? I don't know if it matters or not, but I've got some Easy Off laying around here that I'm going to try.

...But now I'm really going to be looking. My beautiful wife just hit the "buy it now" button on this...... http://www.ebay.com/itm/300767625558? She saw me sitting here with my mouth open, drooling at how sexy it is, so she decided that I should get it. Guess my next sweptline is going to have a P...

Re: Searching...
Found two D200's the other day. The one with the camper wasn't really that bad, rust was only on the surface as far as I could tell it seems to have been driven somewhat recently. The green one is all but a total loss. There's not a straight panel on it, and it has the worst rust I've ever seen on a...

I'm already looking into the front bumper (green truck) and rear bumper (orange truck). I want them for my truck. Chrome front and back driver quality would look great. Can't get the user to respond either with the yard name or number etc.. etc... I'm heading to Georgia Wednesday so it's a perfect ...

Re: Dodge Trucks in the movies and TVs
Sitting at a bar last night I looked up from my frosty mug of Yuengling just as a Utiline tailgate flashed across the screen. I was lucky to catch it, because it was only there for a second. Anyways, it turned out to be in a preview for the upcoming movie "Act of Valor" (2.24.12) about a Navy SEAL t...

One. 1964 SWB D100.
However, I'm looking foreward to accumulating several more once I move into a place with shop space.
Just like Bucky, I'm stuck in an apartment for now.

Re: THE WORST CAR YOU HAVE EVER OWNED
My first car was a '93 Mazda 626. My parents got it for $800. It was a fairly decent car, the leather was nice and it had pretty cool options like oscillating a/c vents and a nice sound system. It had a broken motor mount, so it rattled like crazy when idling. Water pump went out 3 months after I go...
