Clutch Adjustment

Can anyone help me out with adjusting my clutch pedal? NP435 on a 318. The Clutch grabs 2" from the floor and there is a ton of free play at the top.

Guys- So far so good! The truck rides real nice. Still feels like a 3/4 Ton truck should, but these are really eating up most of the big bumps better than the old worn standards! The part number I used is Monroe 58484. They are for 2wd, and are listed for 1967, but they obviously fit earlier years!

I have some sagging leaf springs, so I decided to try this as a cheaper alternative to buying new leaf springs! Monroe coil over shocks. My Ride

Here are some quick shots of my ride. 64 D200, 318 Poly, NP435, etc. This one has the factory Frame Re-enforcement, being welded steel to the frame rails.
