It doesn't look like it's been used as a school bus, judging from the lack of warning lights, no name on the sideboard, and overall condition. That would make a great platform for a party bus or a small custom RV! A Cummins swap, a little paint, and you're set!

The 318 and 360 use the same bellhousing bolt pattern, but you will require the torque converter or flywheel off a 360 to accomodate the swap when going to a 360.
