Re: Confused on marker lights
Both lens are n.o.s. same part #. The lens without mounting holes are early production run. ( I think ) Maybe the lens with no mounting holes kept popping out of the housing so a design change was in order. You know the story, jr. engineer says ' will not work '. Vender goes into production regardle...

Re: hood emblem paint
Here is a picture of a nos hood emblem. The colour looks to be orange. Hemi orange? The colour is the same as the center medallion for 1971 wheel cover. Hope this helps.

Confused
I have two side marker light lenses for the '70-'71 Dodge truck, same dimensions but one has mounting holes and the other does not. So my questions are: 1. Is the one without mounting holes for export trucks? 2. Is the one without mounting holes an early production piece for the '70 truck and later ...

Where Da' hoe
Thought I would start with good ole Southern slang for this thread. I came across this face plate years ago at a swap meet. I thought the hole for the tack was supposed to have been drilled out at the factory. I'm guessing it was dealer option/responsibilty.

Re: badges arrived
soopernaut,
I'm not sure what you mean when you said that this was an unusual badge, was it Canadian. The Canandian badges say "Fargo". Are you referring to the area where the foil sticker has " adventurer 100 " or are you thinking it should look like the badge I have pictured?

badges arrived
Last April a friend of mine told me that he thought a friend of his might have some N.O.S. badges. You know how the story goes, the friend of a friend of a friend, etc. After calling once a month at first, I finally gave up last September. Now that winter is almost over, I thought I would call again...

Re: 1970 Dodge Adventurer Sport
Great looking truck. Hope the new owner enjoys it. I wanted to show an example of what the correct "Adventurer Sport" badge for the rear fender looks like. Of course I had to include an example of the "Adventurer SE" as well.

Windshield Washer Bags
I know questions have arised about the windshield washer bags. I mainly deal with the 69-71 D models so I'm not sure if this applies to the earlier models. I am attaching a picture of the three bags that I have come across. In the picture starting from left to right: The one on the far left is the o...

Re: Has anyone else seen this option?
Yes, that is the seat frame in the second picture. The bumper guards do use the same bolts as the front bumper. I know they are not a factory or dealer option, I think they would have to be an after market item. The only marking I found on them is the letter "D" on back side of both. Let me give a l...

You can see the front bumper guard on the parts truck. The other picture is with the guards off. I am not sure, if you see how the contour of the bumper guards fit. They are a perfect match with the front bumper. Both guards are solid and weight 7-8 lbs. Has anyone seen/have this option?

68-69 Front Parking Lens
I know there was a question about the difference in lenses for the domestic and export application. I was finally able to find the lenses that I have for both. The amber is for the domestic and the clear is for the export. I hope this helps.

Bucket seats
I have someone interested in the set of factory bucket seats that I have from my 71 truck. What other years will this set work in? I know that they will work in 69 - 71. I don't deal with the earlier models.
