Finally getting back to the build after a hiatus.
I need a picture of a poly 318 alternator bracket/fuel pump assembly. I basically took off the water pump awhile ago and am now to the point of putting it back together. I thought I took an assembled picture, but I can't find it.

The 65 D100 front adjusting kit is H2545 and the all in one kit is H7137 both from Autozone.

Re: Brake Line unions
I ended up finding Autozone had the cheapest prices. They had a section in the Help! area where I could get two inverted couplings for $2.35.

Re: PO swapped out my rear end!
Yep...
83 D150 looks to be the perfect match! Held up the shoe to the picture on my TV, and everything lines up, even the pad dimensions.
The silver lining on this is the fact that I can now find rear drums a lot cheaper!

Re: PO swapped out my rear end!
Yep...
8-1/4 rear end without sure-grip. Diff. has ten bolts, shoulda been my first clue.
Now I gotta find the years and models these were available and which fit my shoes. They are 10x2-/12 shoes, so far they fit an 85 Dodge D150.

PO swapped out my rear end!
As the title says... Found this out while doing my rear brakes tonight. I had everything apart and went to install the shoes when I realized the emergency brake bracket did not fit in the required spot. On the old trailing shoe, there is a square hole at the top which is for the emergency brake brac...

Currently doing a complete brake overhaul for my D100. What exactly do you need done with the brakes?
I find that between NAPA and Autozone, I can find pretty much anything for the brakes, even drums.

Rear Drum Brakes
Planning on replacing the rear drum brakes this weekend, and was about to start taking everything apart. Do I really need to take out the axle to replace the pads?

Brake Line unions
Anyone have a good place to get 3/16" brake line unions for a good price? I'm doing the dual pot MC conversion on my truck and buying pre-made brake lines that already have male threaded ends. A 60" line is $3.85, so it's cheaper for me to buy those than tools and a roll of tubing. Looking for femal...

Came across this myself when I went to buy another rim. I eventually went with the 6.5, and would recommend staying the same size all around as suggested.

Looking at several different tranny coolers as my existing one is in need of replacing. Nothing fancy and not towing anything.

Call your local radiator shop and see how much they charge to refurbish yours. Mine ended up on $75, good as new.

Pull the pump as mentioned before. You might have some clogged engine inlet holes.

I'm thinking blown head gasket too...
Also check the oil, see if it has turned to sludge... If so, you got coolant leaking in...
