Had my springs done awhile back people think I my truck is a three quarter ton now.took me for ever to pick my foot up high enough without hitting the cab

Had my truck 30 years.2 big blocks.last one 318 to save gas.I laughed after I did it.I missed the 383.I wore motors out,pulling horse trailers and cement trucks lol.gas cost...when I got in it in I needed it to do the job.I have a 361 now that I'm dropping in it.my wife is making me restore it.

i finally came across a tailgate for my 70 truck.found it in a pasture,pretty clean an usable.always carry a sawsall with extra batteries and worse case,cut it off.ive had this truck 25 years,gone thru 3 motors ,3 tailgates and doors.ive hauled rock,dirt and whatever would fit in it.best damm 4 whee...

i have friend making that drive up there with his trailer.i think u can find most of that stuff in texas or ok if u look long enough .i bet him he would find sumthing along the road on the drive there.....hard to get a good deal when everybody knows about it.

has anybody found a seat replacement for the original......70 model. bench.i found a stock one with the center deal the seats.but it needs a total resto.i want sumthing that feels like a leather recliner. haha
