The 3895790 switch is an active number if it should be the problem. Rock auto has them as well as other suppliers. (Just checked ,Item currently not in stock at rock auto)

Thinking more about your problem, the heat, ac, def, off switch controls the blower fan switch. Most likely your problem if blower doesn't work at all and your fuse is good. Put a jumper wire between the brown and light blue wire on back of selector switch connector, behind the heat and defrost sele...

short of loose connections, fuse, bad ground and a bad blower fan motor, there is a resistor that sits on top of heater box. If resistor is bad, blower will work on high only.

Now is it only the front edge of the floor spot welded to the cab bracket? or is the entire floor surface touching the cab bracket? If it is completely touching, and water gets in, seems to be the likely issue of so much rot. Any and all more detail is helpful!!! Thank you. Try weld through primer ...

Jim I think he is asking about the floor pan to the cab mount bracket. Your showing cab mount bracket/floor pan to the frame. Shopguy, yes,floor pan is flush and spot welded to the cab mount bracket. Open picture with paint , resize 75 % or so until 256 Kb , save, then upload, there are other methods to keep picture large using a host, but other will have to reply, I don't know the method. 256 is small I wish they would up the size!!!!!!!

Shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you install a fuse inline to the flasher unit.

the 86 dodge dana 60 I used, has a splitter block on the axle to both calipers, with a single hose connection up to the frame.
