what is the track width difference from the volare to the stock front axle... if its not too much i would just run a wider wheel .. i think that would look good anyway..

figures that ive sold four of these front ends (cheap) and now i cant find one..

Mine is a 90". It will eventually be a cross-country cruiser, so OD is important. What other options are there? i swapped 2.71 gears in mine and drove from nevada all the way through nebraska up north through south dakota and back through montana and idaho and still got good mileage (18ish iirc) an...

well i have 2 painted ones i just thought chrome would look nice .. i will have to find out what it would cost to have one chromed.. probably a fortune (just like everything else anymore...)

do you have one of those grilles in your stash doug??

i saw that truck at sema it had post-it note on the dash reinding you to "pump" the brakes twice to stop...
really??? all that money and you cant put a master in it ..geez

are the 68 and 69 grilles the same?? (they look the same to me) also did they make a chrome grille for these??

well i dont have a rear sump for that engine either so i just figured since i have to get one any way the front would be easier.. but thanks for your insight...if i find a free rear sump i will definately try it out..
btw my daughter is only 8 so i have plenty of time to mess around with it..lol

yea both of mine have the center sumps and are fine right now but i definately want to go lower..

i was looking at my 70 with a 440 and it looks like a rear sump would interfere with the tie rod...??

All the truck 318 pans i have are rear sump....

does anyone have a pic of the pan i should be looking for??

ok i got my daughter her first vehicle and its a sweptline!! a 1969 d100 swept short bed.. :dance any way it does not have an engine, i scored a 82 cordoba for free with a good running 318.. i want to put the 318 in the swepty but.... my swept needs the front sump on the 440, does the 318 also need ...

Im going to see if any of my buddies around here have any extra drip mouldings i could try.. also there are 2 little short coupler pieces to connect the windshield piece to the side pieces, i will need 2 more to make this work, does anyone on here have any they would be willing to part with?? thanks...

Im wondering if i just cant use the pieces i have and the section in between, use the trim off of a duster or something??

i have a 70 crew cab and one of my parts trucks is a 67 custom cab. it has the chrome drip rail mouldings that are in 4 pieces.. it looks like the moulding across the windshield will work and the rear would just mount over the rear doors.. i guess i would need the little piece that goes over the fro...
