correct,,put the '67 cab on the '84 chassis.No major goofies,,,,had to modify the radiator support,cab perches from '67 to '84 frame,had to use '84 gauges cause i stayed with the '84 wiring harness,so had to tinker around a little with the wiper control,headlight switch,etc.,,,,all in all went prett...

the guy i bought the "67 from had the windshield replaced,,,so it hasnt seen much road grime and rocks yet.....drives pretty good,i replaced the ball joints,still need to get it aligned.Image

rockers are about 15"off the ground.no body lift,just tried to line up the rockers with the step on the bed.about a 1" gap between the bed and cab,which is about the same as the '84 cab

wheelbase is whatever a short wheelbase was in '84,,,,not sure what it is,,,,really havent had to modify a whole lot,the dash of course for the '84 gauges,allowed me to keep the '84 wiring.had to modify the radiator support.also had to relocate the cab mounts on the frame and actually had to use fro...

thanks,,,,,yes it is sitting high,,,,not sure whats going on there but i like it, :lol: ,,,,i know it will sink a little with the doors and the hood on it,,,but not much.

actually,,,chassis and all drivtrain parts are still '84,,,,'67 was a 3/4 ton,,,now useing parts from it to make a sandrail.

it should all work,the reason for the '84 gauges is,it is '84 wiring harness.the only things "but most important" on the truck that will be '67 are the cab,hood, fenders,core support.
