Upper bearing housing screws
I’ve hit a wall in an attempt to inspect and service steering components on my 69 D200. I loosened the screws in the upper bearing housing too much and seem to have lost bolts or whatever was holding them in place. I can’t find a good diagram and can’t get the housing off to see what I’ve done wrong...

Re: Filler hole location and gear oil change Dana 60
It is a 69 d200, I'm pretty sure it's a Dana 60 with sure grip, I know I need an additive for limited slip, the service manual suggests that there is a small "filler hole" on the side of the diff. The manual contains multiple diffs though and only one diagram when discussing lubrication, does a Dana...

Re: Filler hole location and gear oil change Dana 60
The source of my confusion is the service manual. I see the plug for inspection, but the manual describes and shows a diagram of a filler hole where old oil is removed with a suction gun, I cannot seem to find this hole.

Filler hole location and gear oil change Dana 60
Been searching for the filler hole on Dana 60 and for the life of me can't find it, is there some secret I don't know about? Also recommended gear oil? Capacity?

Distributor cap during order 318
Just changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor after purchasing 69 d200. Simply plugged everything into new cap where it was plugged into the old cap. After verifying correct firing order I want to make sure I have number 1 cylinder connected to the number 1 Tower on the cap. There is no marker and I've f...

Parking brake stuck in disengaged position
I have a '69 D200 with the park brake at the rear end. The lever in the cab is stuck in the "disengaged" or "released" position. I am unable to pull the lever to engage the brake at all. I tried PB blast on the lever/joints/adjustment screw in the end but to no avail. I decided to remove the lever/h...
