68 W300 quad cab

This is my kick myself often for selling truck.
I had to let it go to cover moving expenses. I found out 6 months later that the guy stripped the axles and engine and sent it to the crusher. My heart sank.

I’m from Big Rock Tennessee. I’m working on a deal for a 69 w200 Rolling chassis. Thinking about a 5.7 Hemi implant. Is this doable?
Is there anyone in here that’s done this?
