Re: Build sheet engine numbers
The engine number listed appears to be the part number for the engine assembly. If you have access to a 69-71 parts book you could find it. The 63-68 parts book posted on this site has similar numbers to give you an idea.

you're very welcome.green69longbed wrote:BIG thank you to Ben ! Truck is a 15/20 footer. There are not many sweptline trucks left in south-central KY. Got this one in mid-Tenn. Have solved several problems with it by reading this forum. Many more to go. Three things I have learned about it: Turns heads like a streaker: REALLY gives you the full old truck experience: The help and support here is priceless!
nothing like a Dodge sweptline at a cruise-in. the ladies love it and the common man despises it.

Re: Build sheet engine numbers
Very nice!!! Where would one find the build sheet? Would it be under the seat in the springs? All the years my truck has been in the family and I've never looked under the seat for the build sheet. I will have to look this weekend for sure.
