42421 is also Tire Carrier, but it is the fender mount behind the drivers door on the Utiline box.

44550 - Reflectors of some sort - i have on record air force and army issue trucks with "reflectors", "Refl A4" and "I C C Rep" - from 63, 67 and 68 trucks...

44550 Reflectors look like two round orange reflectors mounted in the lower corners of the raised panel of the Utiline end-gate with two hex screws on the outside mounted horizontally.
