How do you get the frickin' door star piece out of the door? I took all four screws out, but couldn't minuplate the body of the mechanism out!!! :banghead So do I have to take the whole window rail out to get it out? Thanks :salut

hahahahahahahaahahahahahhaaaaaaaaaaa thats how i got the one out i sent you. real pain in the nards aint it?? i would think you could get it low enough in the door to get it out thru the access holes, i tryed, but the only way i could get it out was thru the opening where the window slides up and down, and that was a pain as well. if you figure out a better way, please let me know, gonna be pulling the ones out of mine for rebuilding soon if it doesnt sell. id love to know an easier way. :Thumbsup

Trey, you are right! What a royal pain. I think I'll end up taking the window assembly out, because what good is it to have the window go up and down, if I can't first shut the d@m door???!!!
