1970 W200 defrost vents

My pick up needs new defroster vents.
Anybody know which ones will cross over to a 1970 Dodge W200?

I'm new to all this but learning fast.
Not looking to do a complete restoration on my 1970 W200.
I'm just wanting to get the vehicles systems in working order.
I just about have the brakes and working order.
All four drums needed to be replaced, and of course that required new wheel studs.
