Does anyone know a source for the jack instructions decal that goes under the hood on a 1970 d100?

Here is a photo of mine, from a '71. A graphics shop could scan the photo and reproduce the decal. If you want to go that way, PM me with your email and I'll send the high resolution photo.
The forum software is pretty ancient and it only supports small photo file sizes. I'm not complaining and glad it is here, just stating fact. I don't see any advertising, so I'm assuming there is no revenue stream.
