will passenger side Hinge work on drivers side 67 d200

I was wondering if the door hinges are interchangeable they look the exact same ,will the passenger side work on the Drivers side ? 67 d200

Only if u drill additional holes to line up the bolts.

I believe all 4 hinges are assembled from the same two parts, just in a different orientation. You should be able to use a D/S hinge on the P/S by pressing out the pin and flipping the arm over and replacing the pin. I just rebuild my hinges and when reassembling them I could have made either a D/S or P/S hinge from any of the parts. Be aware that removing and replacing the hinge pin is not easy however.
