1978 for 1966 Frame swop?

Hi can anyone help me on whether this is possible? and if s what is involved?

It is possible. Its been done. Sweptline cab mounts from frame are used on later frame. Wheel base may be wrong depending on year of truck. If you can't fabricate and weld, Pass on it. Tape measure is your best friend doing a swap like that. :thinking :thinking :thinking :thinking

Frame shape of the 72-93 makes it difficult. I did it, wouldn't do it again. Had to channel the cab and make a false floor in the bed. You're better off going with a different front suspension of your choosing.
