67 d100 relay switch

What do the different posts on the relay switch connect to? I’m trying to identify the issue with the starter. I would like to identify the two smaller connections. 67 d100

One probably goes to starter and other may be to neutral safety switch or ground if its been mickey moused.
My truck is younger than me.
