Big-Block kick-down linkage help

Does anyone have a 1968 D100 with a 383 A727 and Carter 2-BBD they would be willing to share some photos of the kick-down and carburetor linkage with me? The kick-down linkage does not exist and I’d like to know what was there so I can replace it. I see plenty on eBay for the AFB cars and cable throttle. This truck has hard linkage for the accelerator (not cable). Any advice would be appreciated.

I would try to find a one piece kick down linkage they can be tweaked to work
