sway bar torque

Post by fireguyfire »

Can anyone tell me the torque spec on the sway bar link bolts? I have been through my shop manual a million times and can't seem to find it.

Your manual should show a torque chart for bolts of specific sizes and thread pitch. :thinking :thinking

FWIW, in a 68 Plymouth FSM it says to tighten the nuts to 100 inch-pounds in the Instructions for the Belvedere & Fury,...but didn't see any reference to it's size . Also list's in the Specifications-Tightening Reference.
