Cable operated heater control valve on fender help needed.

Howdy, the wife's '63 Townie is leaking coolant from this valve. It's cable operated and probably not correct for the truck (which I don't care about!).
It was replaced once as I see two screw holes where the 'newer' part now lives. I'd love to know a parts store # for this valve that has the two screws/nuts-bolts? holding it down so they could be utilized.
Appreciate the help.
