I have new weatherstripping for the doors of the truck. What is the best was to attach them? what kind of adhesive should I use?

i always used 3M trim adhesive. comes in a tube like silicone, and can be a bit messy if you rush it, but it sticks like mad!!!

yeap I also used 3M for all the rubber, the only one left is the one around the doors.
