Swap a Swepty body to a Lifestyle frame???

Found a 1978 D150 LWB rolling frame in Fort Worth recently. Drove down there and hauled it home. My thoughts had been doing the front frame graft of the disc-brake/power steering-equipped '78 to the back half of my '68 D100. Tried looking with "search" but it wasn't much help. So, has anyone ever taken a complete Sweptline body and swapped it to a '72 - '93 Dodge frame??? I know I've read about such a swap a few years back, but can't find the thread. The '78 frame is pretty nice! It's a 4x2, with pdb, ps, and a 9-1/4" Sure-Grip axle. The e-brake front cable was cut when the truck was parted out. Other than that, all of the attachments; such as brake lines, fuel lines and much of the chassis wiring is present and undamaged.

So, any ideas or direct knowledge about such a build?

I always wondered why you couldn't (bed wise) since they used the same Utiline beds (virrtually?)

Here is some info.

The pictures here show how the cab and bed sit on an unmodified donor frame. They won't line up without modification.
