Pictures of steering damper/stabilizer mounted

I bought a new steering damper for my truck as the old one had less resistanse in it than a bicyclepump:

There is some instalation instructions but it is not spesific to Dodge trucks.

Has anyone here mounted this and do you have pictures of how you mounted it?
Any hints or tips would be very welcome.

I looked at solid axle setups which used a mount that clamped around the tie rod and then the mount attached to the axle. Not sure how you would keep the axle mount from sliding. Obviously you need a fixed point strong enough not to fatigue. You'll see some really nice brackets sold here that might give you ideas: http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/
