The Walter P. Chrysler Museum? Ah dang, they closed it in 2016 and are converting it to an office building. Really? That sucks.

I don't know where it is now, but I saw it and met the guy in 2005 at the MOPAR Nats in Ohio. I am pretty sure that Ben Simons would know where it is. He helped the guy get parts and such I believe. :thinking

That does not appear to be the late Dr. Terry Winkler's truck, but the one from the Walter P. Chrysler museum. You probably saw Terry's truck at the Nats.

You are right, I had thought it was Dr. Winklers, and it was his that I did see. YES, that was his name. I forgot it when I posted. I remember meeting him too and he was a real nice guy. We also had some back and forth emails when he was working on it.

Is Dr winkler's truck a CSS/HPP or just an HPP?

That truck was just an HPP and was also featured in a magazine. He owned 5 HPP trucks according to Ben, and at least one of them was a CSS as well.

the truck in the start of this thread is a CSS/HPP that was owned by WP Chrysler museum. i think it is in storage now.

Terry Winkler's truck is an HPP only - bench seat, 426 SW.

Terry Winkler passed away a couple years ago now. at the time of his death he owned 5 total - 1963 HPP 413, 1964 HPP 426SW, 1964 CSS/HPP, 1965 CSS/HPP and a 1966 CSS/HPP. His 64 HPP is now part of a private collection and the other four are part of a different collection - all 5 are still in Missouri. the rest of his collection was a mix of muscle cars.
