Post by matthew »

Ok the problem I'm having is choke related.i have to really step on throttle to release it off of high idle.if I don't it is a bear to push choke cable in.it opens and closes fine.am I missing something here.do I need to lube can we're throttle idle screw rides on cam.was just curious if anyone else has had this issue.thanks.

I'm not really sure if this but maybe you can lubricate the linkage itself?
I'm currently rebuilding my carb (I have the Stromberg WW) and I'm thinking of lubing upp all the moving parts when I put it back togehter.

Try graphite on the cams.
