Looking for info on a door tag

Hi folks, I am considering grabbing parts off an older dodge truck I found locally. I am hoping for some help in regards to figuring out the year. Picture of the door tag included. Thanks for the help.

I have the option to pick up the motor/trans for super cheap,etc.. just no where to store it.
