Thanks!

Any radiator repair shop or engine machine shop could do it. Here is how you do it yourself. Get a long heavy logging chain (my preference) or gravel or nuts/bolts and put it in the tank. Place it on the grass and shake shake, turn over shake some more. Blow out the dust and debris then rinse it out with acetone or gas. If your going to coat it with Red-Kote or similar, then follow their directions. Have fun and welcome! Craig

Hello from germany.
I made it many times with lemon acid powder from the supermarket and hot water.
Big tank needs many packages.
Works over one day.
Removes also rust.
At the clear alcohol . It takes away the rest of the water.
I hope you understand my bad english.

Hello Craig and Rene,
Thanks for the advice I will look into your suggestions. I have to deal with the floor pans at the same time. Priorities!
It is a family heirloom and I wa t to keep it going and am grateful for this site.
Cheers!

Easier to just buy a nice used tank from Bud or myself.

After you put some hex nuts in it ratchet strap it to the rear wheel of a truck with it jacked off the ground. Put it in gear and let it slowly spin
