Looking for a/c guys

Hello from germany.
I want to make my a/c running.
Years ago in the US they changes to 134a.
From rockauto i bought a new dryer and expansion valve.
The old valve has one tube and the New one has 2 tubes.
The picture in the Service manual Shows two Tubes fitted in the elbow line.
Can some one tell me something about this?
