Picked up this ''71 D100 from a guy in VA. Has a 318,AT,PB,PS...Very straight truck, and solid overall but has isolated rust areas. Mainly front floors and all cab mounts. Would like to make a nice driver out of it, opinions on this truck and repairing this properly???

Looks like a nice truck except for floors. I just did my floors (both sides) and front mounts. Royal pain. But I am
pleased with the results. Replacing outer rockers next. check out exline custom auto for sheet metal parts. Kenny is great to deal with.

Looks pretty straight. Bummer on the repaint as the original paint may have been decent. Google Exiline for repair panels that are spot on.

Nothing many of us haven't seen before.... Exline makes nice
replacement panels for all of you problem areas.

I love the truck, but may sell it due to FAR too many projects and get another down the road???

if you don't already have a good pickup, maybe this could be a great rolling project that you aren't too afraid to get dinged up a bit ?

that's kindof the status of my truck right now.. definitely needs floors and more
but it's too useful to have down for any amount of time !
