cab bushings replacement

Greetings. I have a 1966 D100 Sweptline that is badly in need of new cab bushings. The front 2 do not look hard to get to; but the rear. Any tips of replacing the bushing there?

I am finally getting around to replacing the cab bushings on my 66 d100. Only had problems with one front bolt. Doors close much better now, and the cab is more inline with the bed. Now on to the next improvement...ignition and carb!
