wiper are removal
I've done a search on every forum I could find and google. I cant find good advice on how to remove the arm from the splines. I know about the tab, I think mine is just really stuck. does anyone here know a good way to remove stuck wiper arms without ruining them. mine are really nice and I would like to save them. thanks.

As you've already probably guessed, it is most likely RUSTED on. After you've unscrewed the bolt, try a HEAT gun... Tap with a wood or rubber hammer while prying UP with a big prybar or screwdriver. This is JUST A SUGGESTION... So... be careful.

mine doesn't have a bolt/nut. the arm is smooth over the crank splines. I guess i'll keep messing with it.

Lift up on the wiper arm. With it up in the air push down on the arm , it's
Spring loaded. While pushing down take a large flat blade screwdriver on opposite side, barely catch the edge gently rock it should pop off.

if yours does not have a nut, they are not factory arms. You have an adaptor on the wiper pivot that the arm is sliding down on. They can be tight.
