Proper 65 poverty caps??

Does anyone have a picture of the proper poverty caps that would have come on a 65 d100?

How about full wheel covers? Did they come with this too?

I'm not sure if the 65 and 66 are they same but here is some that I scanned from the 66 brochure I have.

The white truck are always how I picture them. I've seen painted and polished.
