Where is the best place to get fuel filler neck grommet? (neck to tank) 1970 W100 Thanks Rick

When did the tanks go to an inserted tube like cars? If ever.... My 68 has the neck with hose connecting it to a male opening built into tank. The link above looks like filler neck to body seal.

Thanks for your help gentlemen, I did find a old one in my spare parts, hope I didn't tear it on install. I think I will go ahead and order a new one anyway, with two trucks on the road, could come in handy.
